1. Booking & Confirmation

By booking an appointment with me, Valentina, you agree to this policy. All procedures are provided personally by me.

 2. Fees & Payment

• Standard ear wax removal: £100 (covers one or both ears).
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be retained as a call-out fee in the event that no wax is found, if the procedure cannot be carried out due to client non-compliance, or if signs are observed that make the procedure unsafe to proceed (e.g. infection,inflammation).
• The remaining £50 is payable after the procedure is completed.

 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee; you can reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit (£50) is retained; remaining £50 is not charged if the treatment cannot be done.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation, except in justified circumstances (e.g., illness).

 4. Health & Exceptional Circumstances

• If you are unwell (e.g., cold, flu, contagious symptoms), letting me know in advance allows you to reschedule without losing your deposit.
• If, during the initial assessment,signs are observed that indicate the procedure may not be safe to proceed (e.g. possible infection, inflammation, or other contraindication), the procedure will be stopped and the client will be advised to seek medical advice.

 5. How to Notify

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made via phone, SMS, or email.

 6. Your Rights

• UK consumer rights apply when booking online or by phone.
• My deposit and cancellation rules are applied exactly as described above.
