Get the Wax Out
1. Service Description
Get the Wax Out provides mobile ear wax removal services carried out in the comfort of your home. Procedures may include manual techniques or microsuction where appropriate.
This service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment of medical conditions, or prescription of medication.
2. Client Responsibility
By booking an appointment, clients confirm that:
. They have provided accurate and complete medical history
. They understand the nature of the procedure
. They consent to the procedure
3. Right to refuse treatment
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if:
. It is deemed unsafe
. There are signs of infection or other concerns
. The procedure may cause harm
In such cases, clients will be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional.
4. Appointments ,Cancellations and Payments
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee.
A deposit is payable by card via a secure Revolut payment link immediately after submission of the consent form. The remaining balance is due after the procedure is completed.

5. Aftercare
Any aftercare guidance provided is general advice only and does not replace the assessment or guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Liability
The practitioner will not be held liable for:
. Pre-existing conditions
. Undisclosed medical history
. Complications arising from failure to follow advice.
7. Privacy
Client information is kept private and secure in accordance with data protection regulations.

Personal information is stored securely and retained for an extended period as required by law, solely for appointment management and related administrative purposes.
8. Updates
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
9. Photography / Consent for Images
With the client’s explicit consent, photos may be taken before and after the procedure.
These photos are used only for client records and to demonstrate the effect of the service.
Photos will not be shared publicly or used for marketing unless separate written consent is provided by the client.
10. Home Environment Requirements
To ensure a safe and hygienic service, a suitable space is required during your appointment.
A clean, well-lit area with enough space to carry out the procedure is needed.
Pets should be kept away from the working area during the appointment.
The environment should allow equipment to be set up and used in a hygienic manner.
If the environment does not allow the procedure to be carried out safely and hygienically, the appointment may need to be declined or rescheduled.
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or stop the service if suitable conditions are not met.
A call-out fee may still apply if the appointment cannot proceed due to unsuitable conditions.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
